Mark Nassiff

Principal


Mark began his career in the financial and retirement services industry in 1996 with Putnam Investments.

In 2000, Mark was offered a management position with Empower Retirement (formerly Great-West Retirement Services.), working in the Defined Contribution Markets, serving state governments, local governments, and transportation authority’s administering IRC. 457 Plans throughout New England, NY and NJ.

Having forged his path with Empower, receiving numerous industry awards and becoming a regional Vice President, Mark saw that the industry focus was on the employed population, not the retired population.

With this concern in mind, Mark decided it was time to start his own practice offering retirees and pre-retirees options to assist them in navigating the financial highway.

In 2007 Nassiff Financial Group was founded. Mark’s mission, built upon integrity and superior service, is to educate and guide retirees and those approaching retirement with options to assist with income planning, asset accumulation and asset preservation.

Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and is licensed with the Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Virginia Divisions of Insurance.

Trustee -City of Fall River Retirement Board. Former board member of the Holy Name School Advisory Council Treasurer of Fall River Youth Basketball

Mark is married to his wife Ann, and they have two daughters. In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, boating, fishing, skiing and volunteering in youth sports programs.

Mark holds a series 65 license (Registered Investment Advisor) with Southcoast Advisory Group, Inc. Southcoast Advisory Group, Inc. is a separate entity offering fiduciary & advisory services.
